5 Best Beauty And Health Uses And Benefits Of Green Tea

Today I am going to post about 5 best uses of green tea. As we all know green tea is full of anti-oxidants and flavonoids. Green tea is also known as Camellia sinensis in scientific language and is made up from camellia sinensis plant. It is mostly prepared as a beverage and is being used for many years by people for it's health benefits and it is also extracted from it's plant for preparing medicines. green tea has lots of benefits but I have chosen 5 best uses of green tea which is very easy and healthy too.

i) Cures eyes puffines and dark circles :- If you have dark circles and eye puffines you don't have to spend a lot of money on under eye serums to cure it. You can vanish your dark circles by using green tea ice cubes or you can also place green tea bag on your eyes and let it sit on your eyes for 15 minutes, do it daily and your eyes will be full of life. It is very easy and yet very simple to do.

ii) Increases fairness and adds glow to skin :- Green tea is very helpful in increasing fairness and adding glow to the skin. You can consume it or you can also spray it on your face or just wash your face by it. You can also use ice cubes of green tea on you face. it also works as an excellent moisturizer. It cleanses,adds glow and also moisturizes your skin. 

iii) Prevents cavities and makes teeth white :- Green tea prevents cavities and plague. We all have seen green tea in the ingredient list of various mouthwash brands. It is totally true that green tea helps in preventing cavities and also makes teeth strong and whiter. If you want to use it as a mouthwash than you don't have to do a whole lot of thing. The thing which you have to do is to just brew 1 tsp of green tea into one and a half cup and let it cool and than use it as a mouthwash. Do it regularly and you will have strong and gum problem free teeth.

iv) Aids in weight loss and flat belly :- Green tea is full of anti-oxidants which help in reducing weight loss and the result is a flat belly. Green tea contains catechins which is responsible for weight loss. It also expands the life of heart muscle cells. Many nutrition experts have recommended two to four cups of fresh brewed green tea daily to assist weight management goals.

v) Beneficial for bones :- Green tea is very beneficial for bones and muscles. It has anti-inflammatory properties which helps in soothing arthiritis pain and also decreases the risk of osteoporotic fractures. Many nutritionist have said that it helps diminish bone loss through anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It also increases the amount and activity of bones building cells.
