Recipe of Doughnut Without Yeast and Eggs

Hello everyone!
Today, I am posting the recipe of doughnuts. it is a sweet dish which is very popular and is relished everywhere for it's taste and moistness.


Prep. time :- 15 minutes
cooking time :- 20 minutes
Makes 12 doughnuts

Ingredients :-
  • 70 g butter
  • 500 g all purpose or plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 70 g icing sugar
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Vegetable oil for frying
Method :-
  1. Sieve flour,baking powder and icing sugar in a bowl and mix it well.
  2. Than add mixture of vanilla essence and warm milk into it and make a soft dough from the mixture.
  3. Roll out dough on a well floured surface to 1 cm thick or you can also increase and decrease the size according to your self, I have made mini doughnut for which I rolled the dough to half cm. 
  4. Put a glass on the rolled dough and press it slightly, through this you can make a round shape out of the dough and than just put a small cap in the middle and press it like in the picture given below.
  5. You can also cut it to shape according to your needs as you can also use a biscuit cutter or shape it by using a knife.  
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a pan or kadhai and than add the doughnuts into the hot oil and fry it till golden brown on simmer heat so that it is cooked well from inside.
  7. Drain on tissue paper and decorate it with jelly, chocolate , white chocolate or icing sugar.
