We all know that our hair becomes so frizzy during winters and looses all it's moisture due to harsh cold winds.To protect you hair from getting damaged and frizzy, here, are some natural cures for it ;)

  1. Hot Oil Massage :- Massage your scalp with essential oils like olive, lavender or coconut oil. Simply warm these oils and apply it n your scalp individually or you can also make a concoction of it and than apply it on your hair depends on you how you want to use it. Oils nourish you scalp and roots from inside which help in an increased growth of hair and also helps you get rid of dandruff. It is best to apply these oils at night and than wash it out in the morning for soft and nourished hair.
  2. Egg pack :- Egg contains a lot of protein which give hair it's lost shine and strength. It makes hair strong and also gives it shine while making it smooth, shiny and silky soft. Just make a mixture of 2 eggs, 3 tsp of honey and 1 tsp of olive oil and apply it on the scalp and all over the hair and wear a shower cap. Wash it after 30 minutes or 1 hour. You can do it according to your time span. Don't wash it with warm or hot water otherwise it will get cooked in your hair :p Always wash any kind off egg pack with cold water. This will not only make your hair silky but will also reduce hair fall.
  3. Conditioner :- Always use a good quality conditioner after shampoo. And never apply conditioner on your scalp always apply it from semi mid of the hair to the ends, and wash it properly. Conditioner helps in making hair soft and smooth. You can also use use natural conditioners like lemon, yogurt etc but during winters you can suffer from cough and cold after using it because these thing have cooling properties which may increase the cough in you head during winters so applying conditioner,avocado mask,egg pack is a solution for it. 
  4. Be natural :- Avoid blow-drying, coloring and ironing as far as possible.
  5. Avocado Mask :- Peel and mash a ripe avocado until it gains a creamy texture , mix it with and egg yolk with 2 tsp of olive oil. Massage this mixture on your hair and and wear a shower cap, leave it for one hour than rinse it and normally shampoo your hair and condition it.
  6. Dietary supplements :- There are many dietary supplements which can help you have healthy hair naturally. Eat foods that are rich in vitamin B such as carrots , beans , peas, nuts and eggs Without a proper diet you hair problem will no get away. Drinking lots of water and having a nutritious diet helps you in having beautiful hair so do take your body seriously and avoid eating junk food for naturally beautiful hair.
