TIPS FOR MAKING SKIN FAIR NATURALLY

Hello Everyone!
Today I am posting about fairness tips for each and every skin type from oily to dry and normal skin too. There are many things available in your kitchen which will help you in getting fair skin. You don't have to go anywhere for this. So here it is:-

Fairness tips for oily skin :-
- Wash as much you can wash your face during day use salted water for washing the face as the salt in the water will absorb the oil in the skin and will make it fair too.
- Egg white mask is really good for oily skin, it is a good fairness mask for oily skin it tightens the pores too and you will see a nice glow on your face. Egg white mask is really beneficial in treating fine lines and wrinkles.
- Add fresh cream into gram flour (besan) with a pinch of turmeric and see the results it significantly increases one's complexion.
- Mix equal amounts of lemon and cucumber juices keep it for 20-25 minutes and wash it off do it regularly.
- Mix honey and lemon juice and apply it on face let it sit for 15 minutes and then wash it off you will see the difference immediately but if it starts drying out your skin much than discontinue using it.
- One more remedy is to apply Fuller's earth( multani mitti) it significantly reduces the oil content of skin and makes it fair and it is reliable because in India it is used by women as a fairness agent since ages and if your skin get very dried by using it just mix a little bit of milk or cream in it your skin will not get dried much but will also look fair and glowing.

Fairness tips for dry skin :-

- Apply a mixture of honey and cucumber juice keep it for 15-20 minutes and then wash it off.

- Cut a few cubes of papaya and grind it into a paste and than apply it on your face it is the best natural mask ever. Papaya reduces the signs of aging , eliminates dead skin cells and adds glow to skin while making it fair.

- Mix curd,grated cucumber,honey and milk powder and apply it on face fo 15 minutes it naturally makes you skin fair and is all in one natural facial too. 

- Mix some turmeric in fresh cream or milk and use curcuma aromatica ( kasturi manjal) which is also known as raw turmeric it doesn't makes your skin yellow and increases skin fairness naturally reduces black spots and acne.

- Apply grated raw potato mask on your skin it significantly reduces tan.

Fairness tips for sensitive skin:_

- Milk is a really good alternative for people with sensitive skin just apply raw milk on your face and then let it sit for 10 minutes or till it is dried.

- Raw turmeric is really beneficial for sensitive skin, mix raw turmeric with cream or gram flour and apply it on you face for 15 minutes and wash it off with cold water.

- Mix one teaspoon of yogurt with one teaspoon of honey apply it for 15 minutes and than wash it off it significantly adds glow to the skin while making it fair.

Some important tips:- 

- Drink lots of water, it helps in removing toxins fom body

- Always remove your makeup before going to sleep no matter how much tired you are because of makeup on the skin is not able to repair itsel.

- Always apply good quality of sunblock before stepping out of home as it will protect you again harmful rays of sun but remember apply sunblock instead of sunscreen as sunblock protects you from UVA and UVB rays and getting tan while sunscreen only protects you from UVa and UVB rays leaving a hint of tan on your face.

- Don't be stressed, stress leads to increased aging process leading to fine lines and wrinkles so stay away from stress and be happy. :)

Today I am going to review a lovely product from Lotus Herbals. I am using this product from past two years and it has never ever disappointed me. So when I saw it on my shelf I thought to review it so here it is:-

What the company claims :-

BASILTONE is a dynamic blend of basil leaf extract and cucumber extract which restores natural pH balance of combination or  oily skin. helps tighten pores and removes any residue of makeup, pollution, or excess oils. As a result skin is clear ,clean and fresh.

Packaging:- The products come in a transparent spray bottle which is really convenient as you can see that how much product is left in the bottle.but hey! if you drop this product by chance the bottle will have cracks I can say so because I am using this toner from past 2 years and it fell down one day and the the hole bottle was totally cracked but you can take it on trips as it can survive that much :P.

Likes:-

- Totally cleanses the face and traces out dirt and impurities

- Has a mild fragrance of cucumber which is non-irritating

- Doesn't stings or cause any tingling sensation

- Easily available everywhere

- Nice packaging

- Suits my combination skin really well

- removes excess oil without drying

- Affordable

Dislikes:-

- Contain parabens.

                                                   OVERALL VERDICT

My experience with toner is wonderful as it made my skin really clear clean and fresh. It is a lovely product of Lotus Herbals as I stated earlier anyways I am using it from quite long time and it has become one of my favorites and one thing which I like the most that it balances your pH level without drying your skin and one bottle of 100ml lasts 1 month so it is quite affordable too.

Recommendation:- Yes, I will totally recommend it to all oily to combination skin people as I am sure that it will suit to all of them.

Will I repurchase it? :- Yes, I will because this products fairly suits my skin.

RECIPE OF VEG HAKKA NOODLES

Hello Everyone!
Today I am going to post the recipe of veg hakka noodles which I made today so here is it's recipe. Veg hakka noodles is a chinese recipe which is very popular all over the world I have hgeard many people speaking that they don't get the taste of restaurant, this is because the burner which we use at home has a flaming point of 10,000 to 20,000 BTU (BRITISH THERMAL UNIT) and in restaurants they have burners with flaming point  of 100,000 to 150,000 BTU that's why their taste is so good but you can cook at home restaurant style by cooking the noodles in wok which is a kind of chinese kadhai or so anyways coming to the recipe it's ingredients and method so here it is :-

prep. time:20 minutes
cooking time:15 minutes
Total Time:35 minutes

INGREDIENTS
 1 pack hakka noodles (chings secret)
4-5 garlic cloves finely chopped
1 piece of ginger finely chopped
1green chilli diced\
1 cup cabbage, thinly diced
1 carrot thinly sliced
1 onion thinly sliced
1 spring onion with green part (optional)
1 small green bell pepper thinly sliced
2 tsp soya sauce
2 tsp red chilli sauce (if you want it spicy)
1/2 tsp chinese salt (optional)
3 tsp sesame oil or any other vegetable oil
salt to taste

Method:-

i) Boil the noodles as per instructions , in cold water through the noodles when done keep it in cold water for sometime so that the  extra starch content of the noodles comes out and so that you get less starch in noodles.

ii) Heat a pan or wok to high add sesame oil or any other than add garlic,ginger,chilli and stir

iii) Add onion and all the veggies including cabbage,bell peppers,onions.carrots stir for 1 or 2 minutes.

iv) Add the sauces and salt and mix it well and cook it for 1 or 2 minutes.

v) Garnish with spring onions.

NATURAL REMEDIES FOR TREATING ACNE

Many natural things are really effective in treating acne and I myself suffered from it alot in my adolescence  I moved towards chemical creams but it didn't helped me much. SO I started using natural home remedies for my acne problem and now I have a really clear skin.So here are some natural remedies for treating acne :-

i) Lemon juice :- If you have oily Skin Lemon juice can do wonders for you as it is a natural astringent but dry skin people should be away from this as it it will make their skin more dry. Lemon juice is a natural remedy for removing excess oil from face and will help in reducing acne.
                                                                         

ii) Green Tea :- It is extremely effective in healing and reducing acne. Green tea naturally detoxifies the body and emoves impurities from it drinking it and applying ice cubes of it is really effective in treating acne as well as increasing metabolism rate.

                                                 

 iii) Neem (Margosa) :- Neem is extremely effective in treating acne as it totally decreases the size of pimple eventually leading to a very clear skin it also helps in treating chicken pox marks I use Himalaya Neem Pack you can use any other brand too and dry skin people should not use neem as it will make their skin more dry.

iv) Remove excess oil, dirt and free radicals from your skin :- People with acne should exfoliate their skin weekly so that skin remains clean and free of whiteheads and blackheads but emember don't over exfoliate your face otherwise it will lead to more acne just gently clean it with a gentle and mild cleanse and after that apply gentle scrub and then neem pack it will really help you in getting glowing skin.

v) Baking Soda :- Baking soda is commonly found in many toothpastes, creams as it has cleansing properties. Mix equal parts of baking soda and water to form a paste. Apply the paste on acne individually. Not over the entire face.

- Leave the baking soda paste on you face for about 10 minutes or until dry.

- Wash face with cold water as it close the pores.

- repeat two times a day if you feel a little bit irritation or so or your skin becomes too oily discontinue using it.

OLAY NATURAL WHITE 3 IN 1 FAIRNESS SERUM

Hello Everyone!

Today I am going to review olay natural white 3in1 fairness serum. I have used other variants of olay natural white and have quite liked it except the greasiness because I have oily skin. this one is the latest variant of the olay natural white series as they claim that it contains natural ingredients but I don't know because there is no mention of ingredients neither on their outer cardboard pack no on their serum tube. When I saw these on the shelf of the store I thought to give it a buy.I purchase the smallest pack available as I just wanted to give it a try so here it is :-

What The Company Claims :-

Price :- Rs. 49 fo 20g (there were bigger sizes too)

Likes :-

- It is very affordable

- Non-greasy, it doesn't makes the face look oily

-Consistency is thick so it can be applied in winters too but depends on the dryness of skin

-It blends very easily and gets absorbed quickly.

-No fuss in applying it

-If used for a long time regularly it slightly increases brightness of the skin.

-contains ingredients like saffron,turmeric and rose.

Dislikes-

-Total ingredients are not mentioned on the pack as always

-It will not make your skin fairer it is only going to make your skin bright and nothing else

-can be bit drying for dry skin people

-UV protection is mentioned but no SPF content is mentioned

-Didn't liked it's smell, it has a smell like shampoos which is really irritating for me

                                               

Consistency Is Thick

                                                        OVERALL VERDICT

At a very generous price they have a great product though I didn't liked it's smell but I can't say that  everyone will dislike it as my mother found it's smell quite pleasant so I can't be sure about everyone regarding the smell.the company claims that it is a fairness serum but it is more like a thick cream anyways it is definitely one of the cheapest and relating to it's price is a good product of Olay and the tube is super handy and you can put it anywhere. It is thick in consistency but when applied on face it glides very smoothly and gets totally absorbed. So from the view of price this is a wonderful product and everyone must give it a try.

  

Recommendation- Yes, I totally recommend it to you people as it is a very nice product of olay at such an affordable price.

Will I Repurchase It? - No, just because of the smell otherwise I would have purchase it again for sure.
