Today I am going to post the recipe of veg hakka noodles which I made today so here is it's recipe. Veg hakka noodles is a chinese recipe which is very popular all over the world I have hgeard many people speaking that they don't get the taste of restaurant, this is because the burner which we use at home has a flaming point of 10,000 to 20,000 BTU (BRITISH THERMAL UNIT) and in restaurants they have burners with flaming point of 100,000 to 150,000 BTU that's why their taste is so good but you can cook at home restaurant style by cooking the noodles in wok which is a kind of chinese kadhai or so anyways coming to the recipe it's ingredients and method so here it is :-

cooking time:15 minutes
Total Time:35 minutes
INGREDIENTS
1 pack hakka noodles (chings secret)
4-5 garlic cloves finely chopped
1 piece of ginger finely chopped
1green chilli diced\
1 cup cabbage, thinly diced
1 carrot thinly sliced
1 onion thinly sliced
1 spring onion with green part (optional)
1 small green bell pepper thinly sliced
2 tsp soya sauce
2 tsp red chilli sauce (if you want it spicy)
1/2 tsp chinese salt (optional)
3 tsp sesame oil or any other vegetable oil
salt to taste

Method:-
i) Boil the noodles as per instructions , in cold water through the noodles when done keep it in cold water for sometime so that the extra starch content of the noodles comes out and so that you get less starch in noodles.
ii) Heat a pan or wok to high add sesame oil or any other than add garlic,ginger,chilli and stir
iii) Add onion and all the veggies including cabbage,bell peppers,onions.carrots stir for 1 or 2 minutes.
iv) Add the sauces and salt and mix it well and cook it for 1 or 2 minutes.
v) Garnish with spring onions.
