Easy Step By Step Recipe Of Tawa Pizza Without Yeast

Hello everyone!

Today, I am going to post the recipe of tawa pizza which I made today and one thing which willl make you all very curios is that I have not used yeast in it. Yeast helps the dough to rise up and makes the dough fluffy too, but I have excluded it and have use baking powder instead, which is also a good option if you are out of yeast or don't want t use it. And one important note is that you have to use lots of vegetable oil or olive oil for making a soft dough.

Ingredients :-

For Dough

• 2 cups all purpose flour ( maida )
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 2/3 cup water
• 6 tsp olive oil
• Salt to taste

For Toppings

• 1/4 cup cottage cheese cut into small cubes
• 50 gm mozarella cheese/processed cheese
• Pizza sauce/tomato sauce
• 1 onion
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 tsp mixed herbs and spices
• 1 tsp olive oil

Method :-

1. Mix  Maida (all purpose flour ), salt, olive oil,and baking powder together and mix it well altogether. Add water and make a soft dough, if you find it stiff than add a little more water.

2. Roll out the dough, roll it the way you want, but i would recommend you to go for a thin crust or a medium crust pizza because we are going to make it on a tawa and if you make a very thick crust than it will take a lot of time to be cooked properly. I am rolling out a medium crust pizza.

3. After rolling out the dough , place the dough on a heated tawa or pan and cook one side of it on minimum heat.

4.Flip the pizza dough and spread the pizza sauce all over and than spread lots of grated cheese and add cottage cheese,finely chopped onion , and place sliced tomatoes on the top, you can also add other veggies like capsicum,mushrooms,olives etc.

5. Now, cover up the pan with the lid and cook it on minimum heat for 5 to 10 minutes so that it gets cooked well from inside too. Keep checking it in between.You can also check it by pinning it with a toothpick in between if the toothpick comes out clean than it cooked well from inside.

6.Serve it pinning hot and sprinkle some ,mixed herbs on the top to increase the flavor.

Today I am going to review Mayybelline Hypersharp eyeliner. Which is of the best budget eyeliner I have used till now and I am loving it, but not more than the Studio drama gel eyeliner :p

Packaging:- It has the conventional old pen packaging which I like and the tip is quit soft and not very harsh on the eyes and it is lens safe too.

Swatches :-

Likes:-

- Very nice packaging

- Quite affordable

- Doesn't tug

- Has a good wear time of 7 to 8 hours

- Very Pigmented

- Travel-friendly

Dislikes :-

- A little bit of creasing can be seen after 5 to 6 hour but according to the price that is not a problem.

- It is water-resistant but not waterproof.

Overall, I love this product it is very convenient to use and I love it's packaging, wear time and the applicator , the way it easily glides on my eyes is wonderful and I just love to use it over and over again. You can make also make a really thin line by using this eyeliner. I think this is a must have for people who have hooded eyes like me, and you can also make a thin line too. 

I am recommending it to everyone :)

Lakme Absolute Drama Stylist Shadow Duos Review And Swatches

Hey everyone!
Today, I am going to review Lakme absolute Drama Stylist Shadow Duos in the shade Pink Wink. Which is very similar to one of it's other variant which is Purple Haze. It is a pretty shade of pink, one is a general fuschia pink and one a deep tone purpllish pink. Both the colors are really apt. for a smokey eye look. I will do an EOTD soon by using this eyeshadow duo. I purchased it from Nykaa.com and it is also available on other online websites.

Price:- Rs. 350 for 3.5g

What the company claims :- An incredibly smoothoil and powder formulation that delivers intense color with a delicate shine.

Packaging :- It comes in simple plastic packaging , a round pan containing 2 shadows with a transparent flip open cap  and comes with a sponge applicator. I personally don't like the packaging because it there is no separate compartment for keep the brush and the brush is also useless. I will recommend to use your own brush to apply the eyeshadow rather than using the one provided with the shadow duos.

Pigmentation:- It is very sheer and you need a good 3 to 4 swipes to build it better , otherwise it is just a sheer wash of color and the wearing time is also very low , according to the price I  expected it to be better but it is very disappointing for me that the wear time is so less.

Swatches:-

Personally I don't like this shadow much and I think that I have wasted my money by purchasing it, in fact ingredient list is also not mentioned anywhere which is one more drawback of this shadow, but one thing which I like about it that it is finely milled and very smooth and soft in texture otherwise there is nothing much to say about these shadow.

Will I repurchase it ? :- No, I will definitely not purchase it , I am still regretting that why did I purchased it :P

Lakme Absolute Face Stylish Blush Duos Swatches and Review

Hello everyone!
Today, I am going to post my first blog post of 2014, and today I am going to review Lakme Absolute Face Stylist Blush Duos in shade coral. these blushes have two shades and the face stylist range is also available in 3 more beautiful shades of pink blush, peach blush and rose blush. The shade which I have purchased is in coral and the blush duo contains one coral shade and one light pink shade. I really really like the shades and the way it looks on cheeks is gorgeous.

Price :- Rs. 750 for 6g 

What the company claims:-
Give your cheeks a natural radiance with these silky powder formulation that blends effortlessly for  a luminous finish

Ingredients:-
Ingredient list is not mentioned which is a bit scary :\

Packaging:-
It comes in a sturdy plastic round case with an outer cardboard. I personally don't like the packaging because there is no compartment in the blush case to keep the blusher. they have only provided an outer cheap plastic kind of frame to keep the brush. This is very disappointing as I have used Lakme 9to5 and satin blush which had compartments for the brush.

                                        My Experience With The  Lakme Blush Duos
I really like it's color and one plus point is this that it is a blush duo because you get two colors by purchasing just one from the range and I also quiet like the color selection of all the blush from this range but coral shade was the one which attracted me the most and it did suited my skintone very well so thumbs up for that. But being expensive and pricey it doesn't has a good color payoff and for a good color on your cheeks even if you want a subtle one you have to swipe it 3 to 4 times so that it can show up, but after blending it looks beautiful. Both the colors will suit Indian skintones well. It stayed upon my cheeks for 2 to 3 hours and faded away with a little hint of color which I kind of liked. The brush which comes with it is very soft and really doesn't feels scratchy. It has very minute shimmers which are really not bothering and add a nice glow to the skin.

Likes:-
- Nice shades available
- Easily available 
- Has very minute shimmers
- Will suit most of the Indian skin tones
- Brush is soft and not scratchy on the skin

Dislikes:-
- Very Expensive
- Very less color payoff
- Compartment not available for the blush brush
- Ingredient list is not mentioned

Recommendation :-  Yes, I totally recommend it if you want a blush which give a very subtle color payoff to your cheeks.

Will I repurchase it? :- No, I am definitely not going to purchase it.

Get Soft And Smooth Lips Naturally

Hello everyone!
Today, I am posting about natural ingredients which make lips soft, smooth and very attractive. These can be easily found in your home and you don't have to use money for purchasing a lip balm because these natural ingredients will not let you feel the need of any lip balm.

i) Exfoliate :- Exfoliation is the first step for making lips soft and smooth. Exfoliation clears all the dead skin present on the the lips and makes it soft. Exfoliating your lips is very simple as you don't have to use any specific lip scrubber, all you need is a toothbrush. Just take a toothbrush and lightly brush your lips in circular motion, it will remove out all the dead cells present on the lips. After exfoliating apply olive oil or butter on your lips. You can also make a scrub by mixing brown sugar or simple sugar with olive oil and than massage your lips with this mixture, your lips will  instantly start glowing and will become really very soft and smooth.

ii) Honey and Petroleum Jelly :- Mix half tsp of honey with half tsp petroleum jelly and apply it on your lips for 20 minutes. This concoction cures chapped lips of third degree and is very very effective.

iii) Oil in Navel :- Take a little bit of olive oil or any oil of your choice on the tip of your finger and just put that oil into your navel and do it regularly. It is a natural remedy widely used in India for curing dry and chapped lips since ancient times. It is the most simplest and easiest remedy.

iv) Drink lots of water :- Drink lots of water for making your lips soft and smooth. Dehydration is one of the major causes of dry and chapped lip for many people, drinking plenty of water is very beneficial in combating this problem.

Recipe of Doughnut Without Yeast and Eggs

Hello everyone!
Today, I am posting the recipe of doughnuts. it is a sweet dish which is very popular and is relished everywhere for it's taste and moistness.

Doughnuts

Prep. time :- 15 minutes

cooking time :- 20 minutes

Makes 12 doughnuts

Ingredients :-

• 70 g butter
• 500 g all purpose or plain flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 70 g icing sugar
• 250 ml milk
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
• Vegetable oil for frying

Method :-

1. Sieve flour,baking powder and icing sugar in a bowl and mix it well.
2. Than add mixture of vanilla essence and warm milk into it and make a soft dough from the mixture.
   
3. Roll out dough on a well floured surface to 1 cm thick or you can also increase and decrease the size according to your self, I have made mini doughnut for which I rolled the dough to half cm. 
4. Put a glass on the rolled dough and press it slightly, through this you can make a round shape out of the dough and than just put a small cap in the middle and press it like in the picture given below.
   
5. You can also cut it to shape according to your needs as you can also use a biscuit cutter or shape it by using a knife.  
   
6. Heat vegetable oil in a pan or kadhai and than add the doughnuts into the hot oil and fry it till golden brown on simmer heat so that it is cooked well from inside.
7. Drain on tissue paper and decorate it with jelly, chocolate , white chocolate or icing sugar.

Get Rid Of Dark Circles Naturally

Today, I am posting about eliminating dark circles naturally. Many people waste a lot of money in purchasing products which claim that it clears the dark circles around eyes but many people have found that these products don't have last long results and many of them are also not much active in clearing the dark circle. But, there are many natural ingredients which you can easily find in your home for treating dark circles.

1. Potato Juice :- Potatoes contain a chemical called catecholase which is a powerful skin lightening substance. You can keep a potato slice on your eyes or you can grate some raw potato and soak a cotton ball into the potato juice. Close your eyes and put the cotton ball on the closed eyes. makes sure that the cotton ball soaked in juice covers the dark circle under your eyes as well as the eyelids. Leave it for ten minutes and then wash it off with cold water carefully.
2. Cucumber :- Cucumber is being used since generations by women to cure their dark circles. It is a proven and very effective natural remedy for treating dark circles. Just cut two slices of a cucumber and place it on your closed eyes. Keep it for ten or twenty minutes. Within 3 to 4 days you will start seeing visible results.
3. Mint Leaves :- Crush some mint leaves and apply it around the eyes for 20 minutes and than  Mint leaves provide cooling effect to the eyes which helps in significantly reducing dark circles.
4. Coconut oil :- Apply coconut oil for three weeks around eyes on the affected part before going to sleep and the dark circles will vanish like it never existed.
5. Get plenty of rest and sleep :- Many doctors have said that for curing dark circles you must get 8 hrs. of undisturbed and restful sleep. So, just sleeping can also cure your dark circle.

Today I am reviewing Dove Clear Anti White marks Deodorant. I saw it on the shelf of departmental store but I don't know why but I picked it up and purchase it instantly maybe the anti white marks thing attracted me. Dove has launched a lot more variants in their deodorant range. But this was the only deodorant which was available in the store.

Price :- Rs. 160 for 100 g/169 ml

Ingredients :-

Butane, isobutane , propane , cyclopentasiloxane , aluminium chlorohydrate , PPG-14 Butyl Ether , C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate , fragrance , disteardimonium hectorite , octyldodecanol , helianthus annus ( sunflower ) seed oil, BHT, dimethiconol , tocopheryl acetate.

What the company claims :-

The beautiful thing about this deodorant is 48 hr protection. 48 hr protection? Definitely, staying on your skin not your clothes to reduce white marks. That too, But it's the only deodorant with dove's 1/4 moisturizing cream containing vitamins E & F : the beauty ingredient proven to improve the look and feel of the underarm skin. It's great for taking care of your skin after shaving, leaving underarms soft an smooth. And with less worry about wearing that little black dress. Effective Protection, Beautiful Result.

Directions to use :-

shake well before use. Hold can 15 cm from underarm and spray. Do not apply to broken or sore skin. Stop use if irritation develops. Do not spray near face or eyes.

Packaging :-

It comes in a white container with a silver cap. There is a slight sea greenish kind of shading in the middle and like most of the deodrants it is a spray bottle which sprays out adequate amount of product and is very

- Nice packaging

- Very affordable and easily available

- Travel friendly and convenient to use

Dislikes :-

- Smell is very irritating

- Doesn't offer enough anti-perspirant protection for me

                                                         OVERALL VERDICT

This is a nice product from Dove as it does live up to it's claim and doesn't leave any kind of white marks or oily residue. The thing which I don't like about this deodorant is that it smells like hairspray, I mean I really don't like it's smell and I often get headaches after using this deodorant so that is one of the biggest problem for me to use this deo. It contains 1/4 moisturizing cream and you can feel the moisturizer when you apply it on your body by touching on the sprayed part.

It is easily available and is very affordable for Rs. 160 for 169 ml. Packaging is very sturdy and travel friendly. I sweat a lot and this deo doesn't provides me enough anti perspiration protection. But anyways for the good part of it will give it 3 thumbs up. :)

RECOMMENDATION :- Yes, I will definitely recommend it to everyone for it's anti white marks and moisturizing properties.

Will I repurchase it? :- No , just because of the smell otherwise I would have purchased it again.

GET SILKY AND BEAUTIFUL HAIR THIS WINTER NATURALLY

Hello everyone!
We all know that our hair becomes so frizzy during winters and looses all it's moisture due to harsh cold winds.To protect you hair from getting damaged and frizzy, here, are some natural cures for it ;)

1. Hot Oil Massage :- Massage your scalp with essential oils like olive, lavender or coconut oil. Simply warm these oils and apply it n your scalp individually or you can also make a concoction of it and than apply it on your hair depends on you how you want to use it. Oils nourish you scalp and roots from inside which help in an increased growth of hair and also helps you get rid of dandruff. It is best to apply these oils at night and than wash it out in the morning for soft and nourished hair.
2. Egg pack :- Egg contains a lot of protein which give hair it's lost shine and strength. It makes hair strong and also gives it shine while making it smooth, shiny and silky soft. Just make a mixture of 2 eggs, 3 tsp of honey and 1 tsp of olive oil and apply it on the scalp and all over the hair and wear a shower cap. Wash it after 30 minutes or 1 hour. You can do it according to your time span. Don't wash it with warm or hot water otherwise it will get cooked in your hair :p Always wash any kind off egg pack with cold water. This will not only make your hair silky but will also reduce hair fall.
3. Conditioner :- Always use a good quality conditioner after shampoo. And never apply conditioner on your scalp always apply it from semi mid of the hair to the ends, and wash it properly. Conditioner helps in making hair soft and smooth. You can also use use natural conditioners like lemon, yogurt etc but during winters you can suffer from cough and cold after using it because these thing have cooling properties which may increase the cough in you head during winters so applying conditioner,avocado mask,egg pack is a solution for it. 
4. Be natural :- Avoid blow-drying, coloring and ironing as far as possible.
5. Avocado Mask :- Peel and mash a ripe avocado until it gains a creamy texture , mix it with and egg yolk with 2 tsp of olive oil. Massage this mixture on your hair and and wear a shower cap, leave it for one hour than rinse it and normally shampoo your hair and condition it.
6. Dietary supplements :- There are many dietary supplements which can help you have healthy hair naturally. Eat foods that are rich in vitamin B such as carrots , beans , peas, nuts and eggs Without a proper diet you hair problem will no get away. Drinking lots of water and having a nutritious diet helps you in having beautiful hair so do take your body seriously and avoid eating junk food for naturally beautiful hair.
